Client Services
Our TrinCARE Client Services Team serves as the major information resource for our clients and is committed to providing direct and efficient communication between the laboratory and clinician. Our highly trained and knowledgeable staff will ensure that your inquiry is handled promptly and courteously.

Courier Services
Our uniformed and professional team of drivers is dedicated to the prompt pick-up and accurate delivery of client specimens throughout the region.

Outreach Account Specialists
Our TrinCARE Sales Team will visit you and your staff to ensure TrinCARE is delivering the quality service your practice needs to grow and thrive. Our Sales Team will work with our Client Services Team to keep you informed of any technical or service related updates as well as resolve any issues that may require attention.

Supply Services
The supplies required for collection and transport of specimens to TrinCARE to be tested are provided at no additional charge to our clients. These supplies include:

• Blood collection tubes
• Culturettes
• Fixative
• Needles
• Pap slides and more

Supplies can be ordered by completing the Client Supply Order Form and faxing to (903) 526-7566. Supplies will be delivered by the courier during one of their regularly scheduled stops at your facility.

BILLING SOLUTIONS
Your practice and your patients will value the convenience of our automated billing system as well as the efficiency of working directly with our dedicated TrinCARE Billing Representative who is located right here in Tyler, Texas.

At TrinCARE we offer:
• Customized billing with the ability to send electronic, password protected invoices.

BILLING OPTIONS
TrinCARE will directly bill your patient or their third-party payer, including Medicare and Medicaid.

At TrinCARE we ask that you:
• Provide all required information to avoid follow-up correspondence from our TrinCARE Billing Representative.
• Include diagnosis codes (ICD-9), as they are required for reimbursement.
• Attach a copy of the patient’s insurance card to the test requisition.
• Medicare patients must have signed an Advanced Beneficiary Notice for any tests that do not meet medical necessity requirements, including screening tests.

Please note: Client billing is a monthly statement to a clinic, hospital or a physician for testing charges.
